I have been working as TV news and Radio news reporter and anchor for 16 years. I am currently working only part time on radio and am beginning to pursue being a commercial actress.
I will be taking classes starting Sept. I want to get some good shots to submit to agents for representation. I want to avoid what many actors have told me they’ve experienced, which is they pay a good amount ($200-$600) for a photo session, get an agent, then the agent or agency tells
them they have to get new/different headshots.
I’d like to submit headshots that are better than a friend would take with a digital camera, bring out the sparkle in my eye to take the attention off the dropping jouls! (I’m 40 years old)
I look better in person and on tv than I do in photographs for some reason.
Can you help out with $50 to $6 dollar commercial shots? I’d then use you when I got an agent for an extensive corporate and personality shots.
