::Monique:: Eugene Portrait Photographer

Winter is generally a slower time for me when it comes to photography, though with the holiday chaos and cold weather, it’s always a little refreshing to take a little break.  However, when January approaches, I always get anxious to do a shoot!  So, you can imagine my excitement when I received a message from Monique, a local model, about doing a lifestyle session.  :)

Despite the arctic-like conditions, we decided to meet-up the morning of New Year’s Eve.  Monique, being the rock star that she is, braved the cold and refused to complain.  Me, being the mom that I am, kept urging her to put on a coat and add a few more layers for warmth.  :)  Monique was so completely at ease and totally committed to her session, by looking at the pictures, you would never know how cold it truly was that day.  I absolutely love that about her!

Monique, thank you so much for a fabulous shoot!  You rocked it!  You are absolutely beautiful and sweet to your core- I have no doubts that you will have an amazing modeling career!  I hope to work with you again in the future!  Much love!!
