BE INSPIRED WORKSHOP- PORTLAND, OR   MARCH 17 & 18, 2012

The Be Inspired Workshop is a  comprehensive 2 day workshop was designed for beginning to intermediate photographers. As a High School Senior Portrait Photographer, we will be focusing on this market specifically, however, you can apply everything we teach to different markets of photography.

This workshop is loaded with hands-on photo shoots. We will work with high school models, showing & discussing different poses, breaking down why and how we pose them. You will learn how we interact with them and keep them engaged in their session from start to finish. We will also demonstrate our lighting setup and how we choose the locations we shoot in. You’ll also have the opportunity to shoot with Lensbaby lenses, as we will have demo units on hand for Canon and Nikon.

In addition to the photo sessions, we will also focus on post-processing in Lightroom and Photoshop to help you gain quick tricks while editing. I will breakdown the actions I use to achieve my clean & polished editing style. Other topics covered include branding and style, developing your niche, building a solid business, how to attract the right clients, websites, social media and more!

**Please Note** If you are a beginner it is helpful for you to be knowledgeable in shooting in manual mode (adjusting your camera settings independently). However, during photo shoot I’ll read off my settings, for anyone interested.
