All of my Young & Free Senior Sessions are customized around who YOU are. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter photography or working from a tired list of poses that have been done and redone a thousand times. I aim to get to know you, the real you, and capture her with my camera. You will have my undivided attention during your senior session. I won’t be stressing about my camera settings or changing lighting conditions, because after 6 years of experience, I am fully accustomed to this and can quickly adapt, without you ever even knowing. Your session will be unique, fun, carefree and all about YOU.
POSING
This is one of my FAVORITE elements to a session! I LOVE working with my clients to get them into flattering poses that look natural and beautiful. Don’t worry about knowing how to pose or move- I will guide you every step of the way- by the time your session wraps, you’ll be rockin’ it like a pro! The end result will be a wide variety of poses and images for you to choose from, with you looking your very best!
COMFORT
Let’s face it, it’s daunting to have a camera pointed at you. I am all about making my clients feel comfortable, while you may feel apprehensive in the beginning of your session, I promise it won’t take long before you feel completely at ease in front of my lens. Young & Free Senior Sessions are fun and full of laughter! No awkward silence and no stress.
LIGHTING
Lighting is one of the most important elements to a picture. There is nothing more beautiful than gorgeous, natural light. No matter the time of day of your session, your images will be well lit and composed to perfection. I also work with a reflector, this is what make’s my client’s eyes pop in my images.
PHOTO EDITING
My editing style is clean and fresh. Before you see your final images, I take the time to fully edit them, including blemish removal at no extra charge. When you view your images for the first time, they will be ready for purchase, right then and there. I spend a lot of time and attention ensuring all of the final images fit the Young & Free Brand, meaning, if you like what you see on my website, you can expect the same quality and look for your pictures.
IN-PERSON VIEWING
You will meet with Jeff, my husband, for your in-person viewing session. We can meet in our home or yours, depending on your preference. During your viewing, you will see all of your final images. We offer a range of top quality products for you to choose from, including Look Books, Leather Albums, Metal & Canvas Prints, Photo Boxes, Storyboards and more. You can see our products firsthand during your viewing, so you will know exactly what you are investing in.
