Happy First Day of Summer! I know I’m excited and I hope you are, too! Summer’s in Oregon are pretty phenomenal, there are so many gorgeous places to explore. I feel so lucky to live in our little corner of the US and absolutely LOVE being a senior photographer because I get to work outdoors and truly celebrate the beauty that surrounds me. This summer is shaping up to be amazing, we’ll be traveling to some breathtaking locations for senior shoots! For those of you who don’t already know, it’s Senior Model Month on the blog! I am featuring my entire team this month, showcasing each of the incredible girls who reside all across the state of Oregon. We held a total of six Spring Campaign shoots, where I had the opportunity to photograph each girl. I’ve been posting sneak peeks from these shoots on social media, so you may recognize some of their gorgeous faces already. :) Cabin Fever was the first shoot we held in Eugene, which was a morning session held at one of our natural parks. When I had the idea for Cabin Fever, it took a little time for me to figure out the perfect location, as I needed a cabin to complete the overall look and feel. In the end, I couldn’t be more excited about how everything came together and turned out.

Taylor is one of my Albany area Senior Models, who also happens to be friends with several of my past clients. This makes my heart happy because I adore my clients to pieces and when they refer their friends my way, it means the world to me! Taylor is such a cool girl with style for days. Not only does she play multiple sports, she’s also an outdoorsy kind-of-girl, which is just so PNW. If there’s one thing I know for certain, it is this: the camera loves Taylor. She is such a natural in front of the lens and working with her was an absolute treasure.
