Over the past sixteen years, I have had the opportunity to shoot in some AMAZING locations! Nelson Ghost Town is hands-down one of my absolute favorite places to explore. I’ve been there a few times now, but it always feels new and exciting. That’s because there are so many areas to shoot– you simply can’t capture everything during a single session. The crew that runs Nelson has also been making some amazing changes, so there are even more things to shoot now! In a nutshell, Nelson Ghost Town is basically a photographer’s playground. And I seriously can’t get enough of it and can’t wait to go back soon!

Since Covid, destination (out of state) senior portrait sessions aren’t something I do very often. To be completely honest, I’ve been hesitating to post these photos because when I do share destination sessions, I typically receive an abundance of inquiries. But, I just love these photos so much, I knew I had to get them on the blog!
