Fall is finally here and I am loving the change in weather because fall in Oregon is truly gorgeous.  I know, I know.  In the beautiful Northwest, fall means rain.  But I must remind you all that Oregon is so lush and green and beautiful because of the liquid sunshine.  :)  Personally, I love the rain, there’s something a little romantic about being snuggled up in your house on a rainy day.  As a photographer, however, the wet weather can be a bit a nuisance.  Fortunately, for all of you Seniors who are still in need of sessions, Mother Nature is fickle and changes her mind on a whim.  So, have no fear!  We are booking up this gorgeous fall with sessions, if you are in need, please contact us!  :)  Don’t forget about our Autumn Special! :)

I recently met up with Maranda for her fabulous senior session.  She and her mother actually scouted out locations for her shoot, which I just think is awesome.  :)  I love when my clients take a bit of ownership over their session to ensure it fits who they are.  When my clients come into the shoot with a good idea what they do and don’t want, I find it to be not only helpful but exciting.  We get to build and collaborate both of our ideas and it only makes me fall in love with my profession more.

Maranda, you were so awesome to work with!  You have the most infectious laugh and you are absolutely gorgeous, you totally rocked your session.  I can’t begin to tell you how much fun I had with you and your mom!  :)  I am in love with the locations you chose and I hope you love how the pictures turned out!  Thank you so much for choosing me to do your pictures!  I hope you’re loving life as a senior!  :)  Enjoy!
