With the Holiday weekend in full swing, I hope you and yours are finding a way to celebrate it together!  I absolutely love The 4th of July, it’s generally the real kick off to summer, at least it is here in Oregon.  :)  We spend our weekend at my grandma’s playing cards and dice, eating lots of BBQ and ice cream and enjoying the sunshine in her gorgeous backyard.  Of course, we also enjoy the gorgeous fireworks, which always makes me feel like a little kid again.  :)  How are you spending your weekend?

We recently met up with Robin & Adrian for their engagement session in Salem, Oregon.  We actually met these two last summer, as they were in a wedding we photographed for Keri & Adam.  :)  Robin & Adrian weren’t engaged yet, but when Robin caught Keri’s bouquet and literally shrieked with excitement just before running across the reception hall to leap into Adrian’s arms, Jeff and I exchanged a smile and talked about how adorable they were.  When Robin contacted us a few months later to tell let us know that Adrian had proposed when they had recently been in Las Vegas and they wanted us to be their photographers, we were absolutely thrilled!  :)

Robin & Adrian, you two are truly amazing!  Your love and admiration for each other is palpable.  We are so excited for your wedding this fall, it’s going to be amazing.  Thank you so much for choosing us to share in your love, it is an honor!  :)  We hope you love your pictures and, also, we hope you have a fabulous 4th of July!  Much love!
