At Denim+Grace Magazine, we love contests.  And we know you love contests, too.  :)  This is why Heather and I have decided to start holding monthly Photo Contests for Denim+Grace!  Exciting, right?  Yeah, we thoughts to, too!  So, this is YOUR chance to get YOUR images inside the pages of D+G!  Let’s do this!!  At Denim+Grace we are fully committed to showcasing a wide variety of photographers from all over the globe.  Multiple genres, multiple styles, multiple perspectives.  We want each and every page of our magazine to be exciting and new, something you aren’t seeing everywhere.  A perfect blend of edgy and gorgeous, tough and soft, rugged and luxe… totally Denim+Grace.

We’re so excited to offer up to 8 lucky readers each month the opportunity to be featured in Denim+Grace Magazine! Our image contests run monthly on our Facebook Page and are open to anyone 13 or older. Be sure to read below and know the guidelines/restrictions before you enter- we’d hate to have to turn your image away!

HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE: ENTER
Visit the contest entry page on Facebook and submit your photograph from May 6 through May 10, 2013.

STEP TWO: REVIEW
The Denim+Grace Editors will narrow down entries to 30 photographs we feel best suit the next 2 upcoming issues and meet all contest guidelines.

STEP THREE: VOTE!
Voting will be open from May 11 through May 15, 2013 and the top 16 photographs will be chosen to be featured throughout the pages of our upcoming issues of DENIM+GRACE! Winners will be announced on Friday May 17, 2013.

THE RULES

• Only one entry per person per issue (no watermarks please).
• Image must be an unpublished photograph owned and copyrighted by the photographer submitting the image. (no workshop images, please)
• Image must be in portrait (vertical) layout (see our helpful hints below for suggestions).
• Photographer(s) MUST have a signed model release from all subjects within the photograph (and be able to submit a copy to Denim+Grace for publication)
• Winning image is based on number of total votes via the Facebook contest app (not number of likes) and must strictly adhere to our rules and guidelines.
• Winning photographer(s) must be able to submit the full-resolution file of the winning image to Denim+Grace no later than 3 days after the contest ends as well as a signed model release from the shoot, camera setting/equipment use and a signed Denim+Grace usage license.
• No nudity, vulgar, or offensive images. Images deemed inappropriate by Demin+Grace will not be approved for voting.
