Jeff and I feel so blessed and thankful to be able to do what we love for a living. I truly believe that being a photographer is greatest, most rewarding profession anyone could ever choose. We get to meet and befriend the coolest, most incredible people and share in the biggest moments of their lives. It is such an honor, though I wish I could come up with a more descriptive word to express just how very special and amazing it is for us!
We met Ashley & Steve through my dear friend Twyla, who is Ashley’s mom. I just adore her to pieces!! :) Ashley’s twin, Chelsea, got engaged last year and will be married later this summer (you can view their engagement session here). Only a few short months later, Steve proposed to Ashley on the beach at their special spot. How romantic is that? :)
For their session we drove up to a tiny town Northwest of Portland that I found while browsing Google- I was shocked and thrilled when they agreed to do a shoot there! YAY! :) Steve & Ashley, we had so much fun with you two! You are so sweet and caring with each other and you can just see the love in your eyes when you two exchange looks. It’s absolutely adorable! :) Oh, and little Porter totally rocked the shoot, too!
You’ve walked a long path to get here with a few speed bumps along the way, though you always walked it together- hand in hand. :) We are so thrilled for your October wedding and can’t wait to hang with you guys again! We hope you LOVE your pictures!!
