::Be Inspired- Senior Portrait Workshop:: Portland Senior Portrait Photographer

I’m not exactly sure where the time has gone, but I am fairly certain that it’s on fast forward. I mean, yesterday it was May and today we are practically into July. Um, what?? Is it just me or are all of you feeling time move at warp speed? If any of you have a secret to slowing time down, please share it with me, because I could really use it! ;)

We are so excited about the upcoming Be Inspired Workshops we have planned for the remainder of 2011. After receiving a few emails asking if we would be back in Portland, we decided to add another stop to the schedule. :) Registration is currently open for our August 2-4 Workshop, in Portland, Oregon. We’ve already picked an amazing location to hold it in, a lofty, urban studio right in the heart of Pearl District. (The location makes me swoon!) :)

Be Inspired is all about just that- being inspired. I am a girl who loves inspiration and I strive to apply the thinks that make me tick into my photography, as well as my everyday life. The workshop is dedicated to senior portraits for girls, which I have specialized in for 2 years now. There is heavy emphasis on photography Day One with posing, lighting, interaction, location, styling and gaining the trust of your clients. On Day Two we focus on the business side with culling & editing, products, packaging, websites, blogging, slideshows and more. To put it bluntly, the workshop is 2 days of intensive learning in a casual and fun environment. We are all about having a conversation and not a lecture. :) I even wrote a thorough Workbook complete with all of the topics we discuss so you can refer to it anytime for instant inspiration, it’s also filled with pictures from my sessions showcasing different poses and camera settings.
