While planning Maddie’s senior portrait session this summer, she knew she wanted a natural and rustic location. Since she traveled down from Portland for her senior pictures, it was all on me to choose the perfect place. She wanted tall grass, trees, trails, and a place where we could get into the water. Of course, there are a few options in the Eugene area that are equipped with all of these options– and one of my favs happens to be Pisgah! Although it’s a popular location, it really provides the perfect backdrop and NEVER disappoints! We lucked out with the beautiful evening light to work with and the end result was absolute perfection!
Maddie, you are filled with genuine happiness and you have such a kind heart, it’s infectious. My favorite photo from your session was the unposed, candid shot featured in this post where you’re laughing in the river. That’s just you, being you– and I love that. Working with you was such a fun experience and I just adore you to pieces! Thank you so much for choosing me to be your senior photographer, it was an honor!
