To celebrate this last week of summer in Oregon, I am so excited to share Breonna’s beautiful senior pictures! I don’t know how summer managed to fly by so quickly, but it did. Of course, the end of summer means that fall is just around the corner, which has me giddy with excitement. Autumn is my FAVORITE season! The gorgeous orange and red leaves, pumpkin cookies, hot apple cider, football, sweater weather… I love it. (Some of you reading this may even remember my ODE TO AUTUMN post from a few years back…) Truth be told, I love every season in Oregon, as there is something special about each one. Summer equals senior picture season, which definitely holds a special place in my heart. Fall is simply magical and gives me so many warm and comfy feels. Winter can be a little brutal, but it also provides the slow-down and reflection that I so cherish. And Spring is always so alive with new ideas and endless possibilities. So, yes, I love all seasons.
This summer has been one for the books. I feel so fortunate to have worked with so many incredible 2018 seniors, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind. I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over Oregon for senior sessions, exploring new locations and revisiting some of my tried and true favorites. Needless to say, it’s been such an incredible experience. Being a senior photographer is truly the greatest job in the world and each year, I just fall more in love with what I do. Not many people get to say that about what they do for a living and I don’t ever want to take it for granted.
Breonna, girl, where do I even begin? Oh my goodness, working with you was so much fun!! You totally crack me up and I just love your wit, humor and sass. It’s a perfect blend of awesome. :) I also love that you captured a few shots with your boy, Tyler, too! So sweet!! I can’t begin to express in words how grateful I am that you chose me to be your senior photographer. Thank you so, so much! I hope you loved the experience as much as I did. I hope you have the best senior year, love every last second of it! And just for the record, I’d happily climb trees with you any day! ;) Much love!
