I’ve pinched myself at least a dozen times today. You know, just to make sure I’m not dreaming. Because that’s exactly what it feels like right now, like I’m dreaming. When I submitted a proposal to Clickin Moms for a potential Breakout Session, I held my breath as I pressed the send button. I refused to get my hopes up, knowing it was a long shot. After all, they only release a limited number of Breakouts each year. In fact, I didn’t even tell my hubby or photography peers that I had submitted it because I was almost certain that nothing would ever come of it.

And then I received an email. And my heart leaped into my throat.

They accepted! The Clickin Moms accepted my proposal! Um, what?! It took a long time for it to soak in- but once it did, an hour-long dance party took place in my office. Needless to say, I have been over the moon with excitement since that fateful day in October. Not to mention, a little fearful, because (HOLY MOLY!!) it’s Clickin Moms!!
