I have to begin this post by stating that I have already crossed one of my 101 must-do things off of my list! You might laugh at what it is, so I just have to share. :) Today was the 7th day in a row that I wore makeup! Haha! I feel like such a big girl for being diligent and applying makeup- yay me! :) I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it is way too easy for me to throw my hair in a ponytail and edit pictures at my desk in a pair of sweats, makeup free. So, dear internet, this is a HUGE triumph for me.
I met up with Erin after Christmas and it was literally freezing outside for her shoot! When she showed me her outfits, I looked at her skeptically and asked her if she was certain she really wanted to brave the arctic chill in a strapless sundress. She eagerly agreed and assured me she was ready to rock the session- and she did. :) I don’t know how she did it, but let me tell you, she never even muttered a complaint. Halfway through we did go into a little cafe for some hot chocolate, which was so nice to pause for a moment and just chat about life. It also gave us a moment to thaw out. :)
Erin, you were a total rockstar from start to finish. It was such a pleasure to work with you. Despite the cold and rain, you were jumped in with both feet, which is just plain cool. Thank you so much for choosing to do this session with me- I hope you had as much fun as I did! :) Enjoy!!
Erin, you have the most amazing, sparkling eyes! So gorgeous!
We used the wind to our advantage- despite the fact that it felt like 20 below…
Erin, you are so gorgeous! :)
I know some people don’t like train tracks, but I’m not ashamed to admit I’m kind of obsessed with them.
She’s no damsal. :) A little rain wasn’t going to ruin her shoot.
I am seriously smitten with the image below on the left. So adorable!
