Today we posted our final giveaway for Happy Holli-Days, in case you missed it, you can find it here! With our giveaway extravaganza taking over our blog this week, I haven’t been able to post too many sessions. So, I decided to make today a double-post day, I hope you all don’t mind! ;) I am in a mad dash to get as much work done as I possibly can before our house is taken over by a group of giggling, adorable 8 year olds for my daughter’s birthday sleepover! It’s going to be non-stop girly madness in the True House tonight! Whoop, whoop!
Looking back at the gorgeous images of Katie makes me long for the warmth and beauty that consumed our Fall in Oregon. It’s a gloomy, cold day in the Northwest today, with it officially being Winter now, I guess that’s to be expected. Everyone has this misconception that it rains here. All. The. Time. Truth is, that isn’t true at all! Yes, we do receive more rain that some of the other states, but it’s not like we ‘re under a permanent rain cloud 24/7/365. We get all four seasons here and as a photographer, I appreciate that greatly. And the rain? Well, it’s the payout for the gorgeous, lush surroundings that I photography my clients in. So, you won’t hear a single complaint out of me. ;)
Katie, you are absolutely stunning, girl! I had so much fun hanging out with you and your mom during your session! You are one of the sweetest girls I have ever had the opportunity to work with and I just adore you! I am so, so excited to see what the future holds for you- I know it will be amazing! Thank you so much for choosing me to be your senior photographer, I hope you loved the experience as much as I did! Much Love!!
