I am so excited to get back into the swing of things and end my silence, here on the blog.  :)  It has been almost 2 weeks since my surgery and already, despite going through recovery, I already feel a hundred times better than before my surgery.  I feel as though I have been granted a new lease on life and I am so ready to go, go, go!  However, I am still under doctor’s orders to take it slow- which only makes me more impatient!  ;)  Hehe!  Although I am still unable to shoot until mid-August, I intend to spend some time here on the blog and on Facebook, so consider me back to work part-time.

Several weeks ago I had the opportunity to meet up with Kristen in Portland for a fun mini-shoot during a 1-on-1 Workshop I was teaching.  Kristen is Jeff’s second-cousin, so getting to work with her was extra special.  :)  We had so much fun getting to hang out and explore some fun locations on the streets of Portland.

Kristen, I can’t thank you enough for coming out to work with us!  You are so awesome and so sweet, I can’t wait to work with you again!  I hope you had as much fun as we did and that you loved every second you spent in Hawaii!  :)  Much love!!
