Happy Wednesday! I hope that you are all having a fabulous week! This week’s Let’s Chat About post will be focused on my post-processing workflow. I have a very clear-cut style that I have focused a lot of time and effort on. As most of you know, I am a huge advocate for defining your personal photography style- this goes beyond how you photograph your clients. Editing also plays a part in your style, how you finesse your photos is just as important as how you choose to take them. When you look at your photography & editing, does it compliment your overall brand? All three should play together harmoniously.
To edit my images, I use Adobe Lightroom 2 (I know, I know, I need to upgrade!) & Photoshop CS5. Within Photoshop I use Imagenomic’s Portraiture and Kubota Image Tools. In this tutorial, I will show you one of the ways I edit my images. I have narrowed down my editing process to 3 or 4 styles total, each complimentary to the next. Remaining consistent with my editing, allows my images to identifiable , with or without my watermark and speaks directly to my branding. I hope you enjoy the video, please feel free to post any comments or questions you have here on the blog or on my Facebook page. :)
