I had the best of intentions to get this post up earlier today.  And I mean much earlier today.  Sadly, I have a little girl who is very ill.  :(  She seems to have caught a stomach bug, so I have been playing nurse all day.  Poor little thing has had a rough day and needless to say, she and I are both quite exhausted.  But, in my pursuit to blog 5 times a week, I knew I needed to pull it together, stick to my schedule and get this post up on the blog.  So, here I am.

I met up with Shanel a couple weeks ago for a fabulous shoot downtown.  It was a strange day as far as the weather was concerned.  It was bitter cold with occasional sun, clouds, rain and wind.  No joke, we saw it all.  It wouldn’t have surprised me in the least if we would have seen snow, too!  Luckily, we managed to stay dry and kind of warm, however Shanel, a total fashionista, braved the cold in a few short numbers.  I will never know how my seniors manage to do this.

Shanel, you were so, so amazing to work with!  You are a beautiful girl inside and out and I had so much fun getting to know you over the course of your shoot!  I hope you love your pictures!!  Thank you so much for a fabulous shoot!
