As a high school senior photographer in Oregon, I work with teens from all over the Pacific Northwest. Sometimes I travel to them and get to work in new locations– and sometimes they travel to me to have their photos taken in Eugene. Ellie, a senior from Bend, wanted lots of lush greenery, so she chose to travel to me. Knowing she wanted lots of color and beautiful nature, we decided to do her session at the Rose Garden. Let me tell you, it was absolutely perfect!

Every year, I get to do a few sessions in the Rose Garden, which is always a treat. I’ve been a senior photographer for over 15 years now, so the locations I work in are almost always places I’ve been to repeatedly. No matter how many times I revisit a location, my goal is to always find new ways to photograph them. It’s a personal challenge that is actually a lot of fun, too!
