Senior Season also happens to be Workshop Season here in the PNW, simply because Fall and Winter typically means rain, wind and wintery mix. Of course, with how dry and hot Oregon has been in 2015, it’s hard to remember what rain even feels like anymore. ;) This year has been filled with various workshops- both group and individual- spanning from Oregon to Michigan, which has been so much fun! I am so excited that we have a group Evoke Workshop happening on August 27th here in Eugene, if you’re interested in attending, we still have a few seats left and would LOVE to see you there! More information about our senior photography workshop can be found here. This very well could be the last workshop event for 2015, so if you’ve been holding out, the time is now!
If a 1-on-1 learning environment is what you prefer, we are currently scheduling for September and October. The beautiful thing about our 1-on-1 workshops is that the entire day is focused solely on your specific needs. All attention is on you, so we can tap into key topics, specific scenarios, work through pricing, come up with a marketing strategy and comb through all the fine details that surround your business. We also have the opportunity to shoot side-by-side with three gorgeous models, spending ample time talking about locations, posing, interaction and expressions. Back in May, I had the opportunity to work with Chelsea Taylor, who travelled up to Oregon from Kansas for her 1-on-1 workshop experience. We had the best time together, I absolutely adore her to pieces! Chelsea recently wrote a review about her experience at the workshop, you can read it here.
During the workshop, we had the opportunity to photograph the lovely and amazing, Corey, who also happens to be one of my 2015 senior clients! To Corey, girl, you are so fabulous! I love, love, LOVE getting you in front of my camera because you just shine. Seriously, I can’t begin to tell you how much I love working with you and simply adore you! Thank you so much for your patience as Chelsea and I needed-out on camera talk and dissected each pose. You were a total rock star! I’ll be hitting you up for another shoot soon! Much love! XO!
